Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

From outside the house of the petitioner, liquor was recovered. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case of Excise Department bearing Case No.C2-18 of 2021 with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23577 of 2021(2) dt.10-09-2021 2/2 following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
