2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 308(C)/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16960 of 2024(5) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 petitioner informs that the matrimonial dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation as per the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them.
