2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed off directing the petitioner to avail the remedy before the statutory forum made in the Anganwadi Guideliness of respective year which is relevant in the present case.

3. Counsel for the State submits that the case has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed off directing the petitioner to file the remedy before the appropriate forum within 30 days from the production/receipt of the copy of this order and the concerned authority shall pass reasoned and speaking order withing 90 days.
