Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleges that on 31.10.2019 at about 08.00 pm when he was returning to his home, three named accused persons, including the petitioner, intercepted him and took the shop keys and Rs. 2000/- from his pocket and when informant protested, the petitioner assaulted him with an iron rod causing injury on his head due to which he became unconscious.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.14445 of 2022(2) dt.19-09-2022 2/2 petitioner is a person with clean and has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that petitioner and informant are agnates, there is land dispute between the parties and on intervention of well wishers, the parties have compromised as would be evident from Annexure 2 to the anticipatory bail application.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 362 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
