Although by the order passed in the writ proceedings this Court while observing the title over the disputed plot in question had permitted him to construct the boundary wall and in case he would face any problem in the construction, he was granted liberty to move the district authorities who were advised to provide him with appropriate administrative / police support but even though the present application has been filed complaining of disobedience, there is nothing on record to show that any attempt was made by the petitioner to construct the wall and which was
Patna High Court MJC No.171 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 obstructed to by the private respondents and the attention of the district authorities was drawn.
