The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 68/2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners and others are said to have participated in the assault in a dispute which had occurred over a trivial matter. The injuries suffered by the victims have been opined to be simple in nature. There is also no specific accusation against the petitioners.

Considering the afore-noted background facts and

No.23334 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 taking into account the gender of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -XI, Gaya, in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 68/2015, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
