The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 399 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on 30.04.2017, being an staff of Gupta Brothers, informant was sitting on the counter of godown for calculating the account. Two motorcycles borne, six criminals armed with pistols, came to his shop and took away cash of Rs. One Lac and two mobiles from the counter. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.. He has been falsely

No Test Identification Parade has been conducted. He is in custody since 06.05.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 399 of 2017.
