That this writ application is being filed for quashing the letter vide Memo no. 396/Barsoi, dated 05-09-2023, issued by the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO- respondent no. -6) Barsoi whereby and whereunder respondent no. -7 has been given Additional Charge at Aganbari Kendra Anup Nagar, Plasi, ward no. -7, Kendra Code 363, Gram Panchayat Raj Dharampur, Block- Barsoi, Dist. Katihar and

Patna High Court CWJC No.4119 of 2024(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 it is further prayed to pass a direction to the concerned authorities to appoint the petitioner on the aforesaid post of Aganbari Sevika because she is fully entitled to be appointed on the said post after the death of Nargis Bano and further prayed for other necessary direction in the circumstances set forth below."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
