The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that informant had gone to his paddy field for the purposes of irrigation where all the accused persons have surrounded him. Allegation has been made against Dhananjay Kumar and Jairam who have assaulted the informant by different weapons causing grievous injuries to him. Petitioners Sujay Kumar and Dipan Prasad caused injury

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11780 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 to the wife of the informant There is no such allegation against Sugambar Prasad.

Accordingly prayer for bail of Dhananjay Kumar alias Dhananjay Prasad, Jairam Prasad, Sujay Kumar and Dipan Kumar is rejected.

As there is no specific allegation against Sugambar Prasad, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let he be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.588 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal procedure. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Vinay/- U T
