The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Buxar (Ind) P.S. Case No. 48/2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452/341/323/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the nature of allegations made and that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent and also because there has been case and counter case between the parties, let the petitioners in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the
