"i. For quashing / setting aside the order dated 05.05.2015 passed by Hon'ble Ms. Justice Mridula Mishra, the Chairman, Bihar Land

Patna High Court CWJC No.15085 of 2016(2) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Cas No. 832 / 2013 [Arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 15227/2011] [Surendra Rajak VS. The State of Bihar & Ors.] whereby and where under the order dated 24.05.2011 passed by the Collector, Samastipur in Basgit Purcha Appeal No. 27/2010 as well as the order dated 23.03.2004 passed by the Circle Officer, Bibhutipur, Samastipur in Case No. 23 of 2003-04/25.09.2006 are set aside and further, the matter has been remanded back to the Circle Officer, Bibhutipur to decide both the issues properly as per statutory provision and the matter must be decided within three months from the date of production/receipt of this order without following the facts and circumstances of the case. ii. For grant of any other relief or reliefs, if the petitioners are found entitled to."
