This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. is against unknown. The petitioner was remanded in this case on 14.01.2018 from Kotwa P.S. Case No. 03/2018. The petitioner has stated on oath that he was identified by the informant in the police lock-up when he was in custody in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 03/2018. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23248 of 2018 (2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 364 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
