2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 624 of 2023/CIS No. 624 of 2023 arising out of K.Hat P.S. Case No. 813 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(i)(a)(1A,(1AA), (1B), 26, 29, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners and other persons were caught planning to commit loot and various arms and ammunitions were recovered from the house of the coaccused Aniket Kumar Singh.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18002 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case and other co-accused namely Vivek Kumar has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 11.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14419 of 2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Purnea in connection with Sessions Trial No. 624 of 2023/CIS No. 624 of 2023 arising out of K.Hat P.S. Case No. 813 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner no. 1 will mark his attendance at Palasi Police Station and petitioner no. 2 will mark his attendance at Khajanchi Hat Police Station on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.
