Admittedly, case under section 498A of the IPC was filed against the petitioners by the informant and in the aforesaid case, petitioners being in-laws of the informant's daughter were granted privilege of bail. Later on, present case has been filed by the informant on the ground that the petitioners kept articles and ornaments of his daughter though they had executed a bond to return the aforesaid articles.
Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3435 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2015 the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Shahpur P.
