JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/420/467/468/120B of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that co-accused Arun Kumar Verma @ Arun Kumar Verma was allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.7627 of 2014 on 22.04.2014, co-accused Vidyanand Prasad was allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.49168 of 2012 on 07.03.2013 and co-accused Ravindra Singh @ Ravindra Kumar @ Ravindra Kumar Singh has been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court on 30.05.2017 in Cr. Misc. No.24261 of 2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33094 of 2017 (2) dt.24-07-2017 2/2 Allegation against the petitioner is almost identical. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Nalanda at Biharsharif/Successor Court in connection with Laheri Police Station Case No.155 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With further condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
