JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 16-05-2019 Writ petition has been filed challenging the order issued by District Programme Officer, Jamui dated 23.1.2016, whereby petitioner's selection as Anganwari Sevika has been canceled on account of some alleged irregularities in her selection.

The petitioner has approached this Court without availing remedy of appeal before the competent authority under the Amended Guidelines of 2013.

Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed but with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority. It is
