JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to give permission to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order dated 13.09.2008 whereby and whereunder the PDS licence of the petitioner's father was cancelled without considering the materials available on the record.
2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents refers to the counter affidavit to submit that the PDS licence of the petitioner's father was cancelled as far back as on 13.09.2008, but no appeal against the same was preferred until death of the petitioner's father in the year 2013. It is submitted that the petitioner has also not filed an application for grant of
Patna High Court CWJC No.22513 of 2014 dt.02-08-2018 PDS licence on compassionate ground and hence the present writ petition cannot be maintained.
