The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Baniapur P.S.Case No.86 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. One Sanjeet Kumar Shah was apprehended and from his possession three ATM cards of the State Bank of India and the Central Bank of India were recovered. Sanjeet Kumar Shah disclosed the name of the petitioner. It appears that petitioner was not seen at the place of occurrence and his name was disclosed by co-accused Sanjeet Kumar Shah who has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances, petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7416 of 2015 (2) dt.23-02-2015 of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Saran at Chapra in Baniapur P.S.Case No.86 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
