====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. appearing for the State.

Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 261 of 2016, registered under Sections 366A, 363 and 120B/34 of Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M-V, Bhojpur at Ara.

In view of the report dated 27.11.2021 contained in letter No. 120 of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VI, Bhojpur, Ara, the trial has already commenced, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner, above named, is rejected.

No.24079 of 2021(3) dt.03-01-2022 2/2 It is, however, directed that the trial Court should proceed with the trial expeditiously and conclude the same within a period of twelve months from the date of this order. If no substantial progress takes place in the trial, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after the aforesaid period.
