The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant but statement of the victim, namely, Supriya Suman shows that she has gone along with the petitioner and remained in the house his sister for seven days and thereafter she returned.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Avinash Kumar, be released on anticipatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11801 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No.216 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal procedure.
