Looking at the nature of litigation going on and reading annexure -2 with annexure-1, this Court is willing to give benefit of doubt to the petitioner at this stage. In that view of the matter, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2012, G.R. No. 155 of 2012 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
