Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014 registered under Sections-307, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation against the petitioners of giving repeated blows to the injured of this case, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioners and accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014 pending in the court of Sri U.K. Pandey, J.M.-Ist Class, Jamui stands rejected.

However, if, the petitioners surrender in the court below and seek regular bail, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the learned court below at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioners, particularly, keeping in mind that all the injuries of injured have been found simple in nature though it is stated that injuries were dangerous to the life.
