The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498(A) and 34 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband. He admits that the parties have not been able to settle the dispute despite best efforts of the court below.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14279 of 2020(2) dt.06-07-2020 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019, subject to payment of Rs.10,000/- per month to the wife Opposite Party No.2 by the petitioner and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.

In the event the petitioners fails to pay Rs.10,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No.2, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bonds.
