Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khudaganj P.S. Case No.55 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as one of the co-accused, Md. Tavrez @ Md. Parvez has been admitted to bail vide Cr. Misc. No.58867 of 2017 on 14.12.2017, the petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2017 and has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Md. Nawlez @ Md.
