2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Agrer P.S. Case No.04 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 302, 436, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner is said to be one of the members of mob who entered into the house of the informant and killed his wife and set ablaze the motorcycle in question.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2024 and he has one criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rohtas at Sasaram/concerned Court below, in connection with Agrer P.S. Case No.04 of 2024.
