The present petition is for regularization of the service of the petitioner.

In the present case this Court is not required to go into the merit of the case as the case of the petitioner and others is pending before the Central Labour Tribunal, Dhanbad, which has been stated in the counter affidavit of the National Institute of Technology and the same also finds place in paragraph 11 of the reply to the counter affidavit.

In such view of the matter, let the petitioner may pursue his remedy before the Central Labour Tribunal, Dhanbad. Accordingly, this case is disposed off.
