The petitioner seeks an appropriate direction to the authorities of the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited as well as its franchisee to remove electric pole installed across his house situated over R.S. Khata No.87, Plot Nos.482 and 283 and Khata No.86, Plot No.10 in Village Kaler in the town and district of Gaya.

Considering that the pole is existing at the place since past 20 years as mentioned in the counter affidavit which

Patna High Court CWJC No.4475 of 2016 (6) dt.21-10-2016 also states that no objection was raised by the petitioner either at the stage of installation of pole or at the time when the petitioner started the construction of his house in the year 2012, I am not persuaded to grant indulgence to the grievance raised by the petitioner after such long lapse of time.

This writ petition is disposed of.
