The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.O. Case No. 714 of 2018 arising out of Bahera P.S. Case No. 356 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/32 (iii)/41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 69 liters of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is an accused in one case, but he is on bail in the said case. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 22.11.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
