The petitioner is in custody in connection with Semra P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.11.2018. He further submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on confessional statement of the co-accused Manoj Prasad but nothing was recovered from his possession and petitioner was not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12697 of 2019(2) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sri Firoj Akaram, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Semra P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018.
