Mr Ajay Kumar, AC to GP IV ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-10-2022 On account of forgery committed by the petitioner in the process of his selection as Constable, he was terminated under Memo dated 15.10.2016 bearing No 2587/R. The petitioner approached this Court assailing the termination order in CWJC No 16027 of 2017. This Court, vide order dated 16.08.2019, disposed of the petitioner's writ petition, relevant extract of which reads as follows:

"If in the present case, facts, law and prayer are identical, the order of termination will be treated to have been set aside, but without direction of reinstatement, at the same time, this Court also directs, the enquiry should be conducted and completed without any delay, preferably within three months from the date of receipt or production

Patna High Court CWJC No.5055 of 2020(2) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 of a copy of this order. Any payment will be made subject to final result of the case.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of."

It is submitted by the learned State Counsel that the instant writ petition has again been filed assailing the same order of dismissal.

Petitioner's counsel is not present.
