2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 285 of 2024 dated 05.07.2024, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 74, 115(2), 126(2), 191(1), 190, 191(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioner along with other persons assaulted the son of informant namely, Md. Hussain Alam after entering into the house. It is further alleged that Md. Sahil climbed on the chest of Md. Hussain Alam and started pressing him with knee as a result of which he (Md. Hussain Alam) had breathing problem. When the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12994 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/3 informant came to rescue her son, then accused persons namely, Haider, Raunak and Sahil caught her hand and took her in a courtyard by pulling her as a result of which she sustained injury on hand and head.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners rather the same is general and omnibus in nature. It is next submitted that there is a specific allegation of assault against co-accused Md. Sahil. The doctor has opined that the injury sustained by informant's son is grievous in nature but the aforesaid allegation is attributed to Md. Sahil. Petitioners are not involved in the reported assault of Md. Hussain Alam (son of informant). Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 285 of 2024, they shall be released on anticipatory bail upon
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12994 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 3/3 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. IV, Aurangabad, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
