The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Foreign liquor was allegedly recovered when the petitioners were found carrying the same. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 27.11.2018.

Considering the entire facts as well as completion of investigation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17079 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No.570 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
