Verma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file detail representation before the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai, respondent no. 2.

3. The District Magistrate, Lakhisarai, respondent no. 2 is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner, who is

Patna High Court CWJC No.4261 of 2023 dt.26-07-2023 2/3 legally wedded wife of Mr. Basuki Nath Sinha, respondent no. 4, who was posted as Revenue Clerk in Suryagraha Block and retired on 31.05.2023. The petitioner being the legally wedded wife of respondent no. 4 also finds her name in his service book. The petitioner has limited grievance, she must be at least given some share from the pension amount for her maintenance.

4. Considering the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this Court would have not interfered with the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition. However, taking into consideration the pathetic financial situation faced by the petitioner, after her husband has fallen into company of another woman, she has been left to face destitute of severe magnitude.

5. The such being the condition of the petitioner, the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai is required to play the role of Mediator and find out way so that petitioner is financially supported by her husband. The exercise must be undertaken by him within a period of six weeks.

6. The petitioner may also avail appropriate remedy before the competent Court and claim the relief as sought for in the present writ petition.

7. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
