This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that alleged occurrence had apparently taken place over some petty dispute in the village.
