JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.252 of 2018 disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution story as per F.I.R. is that co-accused Sanjay Paswan assaulted the informant by Axe, causing injury and when wife of the informant came to save him, the petitioners assaulted her by Lathi and Danda and caused injuries.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14002 of 2019(4) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 that there is dispute with respect to drainage and there is case and counter case. Further submission is that both sides have received injuries and no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Bhabua, Kaimur, in connection with Chand P.S.
