Case No.439 of 2011 referable to Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code was registered. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner filed A.B.P. No.822 of 2013 in the court of the Sessions Judge, Siwan. The same was dismissed on 18.7.2013. Hence, this application.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This Court passed an interim order on 7.1.2014 granting anticipatory bail provisionally to the petitioner. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for
