It is also his instructions that arrears, difference of DA for the period 01.07.1993 to 31.10.1994 has also been found admissible and paid to the petitioner. He submits that on account of payment under the two heads, an amount totalling Rs 1,28,427/- has been credited in the bank account of the petitioner through Real Time Gross Settlement, the grievance raised in the writ petition would
