The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 457/380/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with co-accused was apprehended while they were committing theft in the house of the informant.

There is no specific allegation as to who has caused injury at the head of the informant with iron rod. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 08.01.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18732 of 2018 (2) dt.04-04-2018 P2/ petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No.4 of 2018, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
