The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 63 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the house of the petitioner.
In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13811 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
