08-02-2017 Heard Sri Sahvind Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rakesh Narayan Singh, learned A.C. to AAG-15.

In the present writ petition, the petitioner has made a prayer for directing the respondents to pay his legitimate dues of traveling allowance, transfer allowance and daily allowance with holtage, which, according to petitioner, comes to Rs. 61,740/-. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has already filed representation before the Secretary of the department regarding his grievances but neither payment has been made nor any order on his representation has been passed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1805 of 2015 (2) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 The Court is of the opinion that instead of asking the State to file counter affidavit, the writ petition can be disposed of with an observation that petitioner may file detailed representation with supportive documents before the Principal Secretary of the department. If such representation is filed within a period of six weeks from today, the Court expects that Principal Secretary/respondent no. 3 may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
