Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399/402,414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)A,26/35 of Arms Act. The petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2017. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Allegation is that a loaded country made pistol and cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and the completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
