The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the dispute between the parties has already been resolved. Counsel for Complainant does not dispute the contention of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid fact, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of
