Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Manpur P. S. Case No. 03 of 2017, registered under Section 30 (a) the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only apprehended two accused persons, who disclosed the name of the petitioner except that there was no other material against the petitioner, rather 25 liters each of country made liquor was recovered from two other accused persons and the petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3876 of 2018 (2) dt.25-01-2018 2/2 the petitioner, Abhimanyu Sah, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Manpur P.S.Case No. 03 of 2017.
