The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of suspension dated 02.12.2019.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5431 of 2020(2) dt.09-06-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of suspension is bad in law.

Without going into the aforesaid aspect, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conclude the departmental proceeding within a maximum period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the order of suspension shall stand revoked automatically.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
