This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017 for offences under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
First information report is against unknown lodged by the daughter of the deceased. Later on during investigation it transpired that the petitioner connived with his wife, the informant, and killed his father-in-law. It is submitted that the petitioner has been implicated only on the basis of confessional statement made before the police and the evidence that he was talking with his wife, the informant, on mobile. The informant of the case, petitioner's wife, later on implicated as accused too has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order, dated 13.11.2017, passed in Cr.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4086 of 2018(5) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 Misc. No. 51174 of 2017.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge, IV, Kaimur at Bhabhua.
