2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 403 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 25(9), 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of country made pistols, rifles, a double barrel gun, acarbine with magzines, live cartridges and mobile phones from the petitioner's house.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2025.

5. Considering the recovery of illegal arms from the petitioner's house, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
