This is a case registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that it is a case of false implication as the neighbours have stated about the victim having received burn injury at the time of Puja. He submits that though the occurrence is alleged to have occurred on 03.06.2015, the FIR has been lodged on 04.06.2015. Counsel for the informant appeared and opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Relying upon the deposition of the witnesses in Para 10 he submits that no intimation to the family of the victim was given and that no steps have been taken for providing any medical assistance and treatment to the victim and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13256 of 2018 (3) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 without informing the victim's family body of the victim has been cremated. The petitioner who is the husband owes prime responsibility to save his wife.
This court, for the present, is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
The prayer is rejected.
