The writ application has been rightly dismissed on 24.03.2014, because the law is well settled by the Full Bench now in case of Kalpana Rani Vs. The State of Bihar & ors., reported in 2014 (2) PLJR 665 that no person can be appointed on the post of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra, when admitted position is that this appellant was not
Patna High Court LPA No.742 of 2014 dt.18-03-2017 2/2 given extension after the year 2004 and he did not become a Panchayat Teacher by deeming fiction w.e.f. 01.07.2006. The law being what it is. The Learned Single Judge has committed no error in dismissing the writ application. The appeal has no merit, it is dismissed.
