Petitioner is an accused for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 379/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The submission is that in fact the informant dashed the Magic vehicle on the accused and due to that, the villagers have beaten him. The submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent prior to the instant case and he is in custody since 20.12.2016. Investigation in the matter is complete and chargesheet has been submitted. It is also submitted in paragraph 12 of the application

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29855 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 that co-accused Karku Yadav has already been granted bail by the Court below itself.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Bhagalpur in Lodipur Police Station Case No 113 of 2016.
