JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioners in the present case is for issuance of direction to the trial court i.e. learned Sub Judge-IV, Patna to dispose of the Title Partition Suit No. 536 of 2012 within a reasonable period of time.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are purchasers of a part of the suit property and they have been added as defendant nos. 4 and 5 in the present suit.
Patna High Court C.Misc. No.151 of 2022(2) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 He further submits that issues have been framed on 16.11.2018 and plaintiff has been directed to adduce evidence but the suit has not registered any progress since 2018.
Regard being had to the submissions made by the petitioners and taking into consideration the fact that suit is pending since 2018, the learned trial court is requested to take steps for disposal of the suit as early as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
This civil miscellaneous application is accordingly disposed of.
